Released: October 2026
Previous release: v2.1.0.0
This release adds new features that protect the battery and simplify setup, gives operators more control over generator use, and adds more detailed remote monitoring. It also includes a wide range of reliability, stability and display improvements.
What's new
- Auto-shutdown to protect the battery: If the unit sits idle (output off and no input power connected) for 72 hours, the control system powers itself down to stop the battery slowly draining. If the battery is very low (5% or less), this happens after 1 hour of idle time instead. Normal operation resumes once input power is connected or the output is turned on.
- Generator run window: You can now set daily hours when the generator is allowed to run (for example 7:00 am to 6:00 pm). This helps meet site noise restrictions and avoid running the generator overnight.
- Setup wizard: A new guided wizard walks you through the key settings step by step, making first-time setup quicker and easier.
- QR code links: The Info screen now shows QR codes that you can scan with your phone to open remote monitoring and product documentation.
- Manual Service Disconnect (MSD) indication: The system now shows clearly when the battery's service disconnect has been removed, rather than showing a general battery fault.
Remote monitoring
- More detailed reporting of battery, inverter and residual current readings. Short spikes in current and power that happen between reporting intervals are now captured as minimum and maximum values.
- Improved event and system logs, making it faster to diagnose issues remotely.
- The inverter firmware version is now reported.
Reliability and safety
- Settings and operating states (including generator output) are now kept when the unit restarts.
- Residual current monitor (RCM) alerts now stay active until they are dealt with, rather than clearing when the screen restarts.
- Fixed an issue where restarting the screen could cause inverter modules to switch grid mode unexpectedly.
- Improved generator control logic, including more accurate generator fault reporting.
- Improved communication stability with connected devices.
- Improved system self-monitoring and automatic recovery.
