Sign in to the CranePower Remote Management System (RMS) at https://rms.cranepower.com/. The platform is a single-page web application and runs in any modern desktop browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari).

Before you begin

You need a user account in an existing Owner or Organisation. Accounts are created by an Owner Admin — contact your CranePower representative, distributor, or your own organisation's admin if you do not have credentials.
The same credentials work across all organisations and assets you have been granted access to. There is no per-organisation login.
Sessions are persistent in the browser. If you have signed in previously on the same browser profile, navigating to the URL takes you straight to the dashboard.

Demo account

Shared demo accounts are available to trial. Login using the following credentials:

Demo Admin Username: [email protected] Password: Pa$$w0rd

Demo User Username: [email protected] Password: Pa$$w0rd

The login screen

Navigating to https://rms.cranepower.com/ while signed out shows the Login card. It has two required fields and one secondary action.

Field / control	Description
Email Address	Your account's email — also used as your username. Required.
Password	The password you set when you accepted your invitation, or the most recent password you set via Forgot Password. Required.
Forgot Password?	Starts the self-service password reset flow. See Resetting Your Password.
SIGN IN	Submits the form and starts your session. The button is disabled until both fields contain values.

After signing in

A successful sign-in takes you directly to the Dashboard. You will see:

Your Owner name in the top-right (e.g. Demo Company).
Your display name (or email) in the user-menu chip next to it.
The Asset Locations map and the Assets table, scoped to the assets you have access to via your organisation memberships.

If you log in but do not see any assets, you most likely have no organisation memberships yet. Ask your Owner Admin or Org Admin to add you to one or more organisations — see Roles & Permissions Overview for context.
