This is a maintenance release that streamlines modem deployment and updates.

What's new

• The separate software-upload and backup tools have been merged into a single unified ModemTool.
• Added a one-click "v2 upgrade" mode that automatically performs the backup, application install, and network configuration steps.
• New RUT backup uses DHCP on the WAN port, so configuring a static IP for the Ethernet interface is no longer required.

Improvements

• Various user-experience improvements to ModemTool.
