The RMS interface uses a fixed top bar, a collapsible left sidebar, and a content area that adapts to the selected page. The same layout is present on every screen, so once you are oriented you can navigate quickly between asset, alert, and admin views.

The top bar is persistent across all pages.

| Cranepower logo | Returns to the Dashboard. |
| Breadcrumb | Shows the current location, e.g. Admin / Organisations or Assets / Demo P300 Asset. Each segment is clickable and navigates to the parent page. |
| Notification bell | Indicates active alert subscriptions. A red badge appears when one or more of your subscribed alerts are currently triggered. |
| Owner chip | Displays the name of the Owner account you are signed into (e.g. Demo Company). For most users this is read-only context. SuperAdmins can use it to change Owner. |
| User chip | Your name (or email). Click to open the user menu â see Your User Profile. |
The sidebar is split into two sections separated by a divider. The chevron at the top collapses the sidebar to icons only.
Contains role-agnostic navigation (every signed-in user sees these, though their contents may vary by role).

If you do not see the Admin menu, or you see it but cannot see Users, you do not have the required role. Roles are described in Roles & Permissions Overview.

Lists every asset you have access to, grouped under the Assets header with a count (e.g. Assets (1)). Clicking the header reveals a search field and the asset list. Each entry shows:
Clicking an asset opens its Asset Detail page, with tabs for the dashboard plus subsystem views (PCS, CHARGERS, BMS, TMS, IO, RCM, SYS) where applicable.
