Overview

The CranePower Remote Management System (RMS) is an online portal which enables remote access to a CranePower product. A user can view both the current state of the unit, and the historical trends of the reported metrics. The RMS also enables remote configuration of the products, which gives technicians the ability to provide support in many cases without needing to attend site.

The RMS is also an asset management platform, with user access control, reporting and alerting capabilities. It fully equips both end customers and rental companies to manage their fleet, and provide access control for their own users and customers.

This section covers everything you need to start using the Cranepower Remote Management System (RMS): signing in, navigating the interface, understanding the role hierarchy, and managing your own user account. It is intended for technical users — system administrators, integrators, and Cranepower personnel — but is also suitable as a reference for any first-time user.
